Every business unit on one coverage map.
Life Couriers management sees vendor coverage against customer lanes: pick a business unit and see which vendors cover each state and country.
Coverage map
Who covers where, for every business unit.
The coverage map lets Life Couriers management see vendor coverage against customer lanes, by business unit. It puts the vendor network from the Line of Business survey and the customer routes from CXT on one map of the US, Europe and the world. It is read-only and opens after sign-in.
Coverage by business unit
Choose a business unit and each state and country its vendors cover is shaded by the best tier there: own drivers, reliable agent or ad-hoc agent.
Customer lanes on the same map
Customer routes from CXT are drawn as lanes from the site to each city they stop in, so coverage reads against where customers actually ship.
Gaps in plain sight
Coverage that is conditional, through a partner or for gaps only is hatched as Limited. An area no vendor covers is left unshaded.
Who to call
Click a state or country for the vendors that cover it, best tier first, with the contact responsible for that business unit. Any view downloads as a PDF.
